Ms. Marvel was probably one of the most successful shows/new characters from Marvel’s Phase Four. With high scores among critics and viewers, the series managed to introduce Kamala Khan, a Pakistani-American 16-year-old portrayed by Iman Vellani who is a fan of The Avengers and realizes she has her own powers in a self-discovery journey. Ms. Marvel was not only praised for its cultural representation but also for its fresh take on the MCU with a young fan girl who doesn’t focus too much on school, relationships, and other more teen-like subjects that TV usually associates with them.
Ms. Marvel’s season 2 is skating on thin ice, but this Marvel event should determinate its fate.
