Sick Girl Trailer Finds Nina Dobrev Leading New R-Rated Comedy

The Vampire Diaries star Nina Dobrev tries to keep her group of friends together by pretending to be sick in the first trailer for Lionsgate’s new R-rated comedy, Sick Girl. The former star of the hit supernatural teen drama series returns to comedy in Jennifer Cram’s directorial debut, in a story which promises to include some highly controversial humor. In Sick Girl, Dobrev plays Wren Pepper, a woman who sees her closest group of friends grows apart as the years go by. Determined to unite them again, Wren tells a lie that will grow bigger and bigger until it becomes an unstoppable snowball that will bring her more problems than solutions.
